Rev. Adam Spore, 8:30 & 11:00 amTraditional Worship

Rev. Val Stewart, 11:15 am Modern Worship

This week, the sermon will look to Psalm 15 and examine a crucial question: "Lord, who may dwell in your sacred tent?" The answer might surprise you. While the Old Testament imagined God confined to a tent or temple on a hill, Jesus flipped that picture upside down by descending from the hill to meet people right where they lived—especially those society pushed to the margins. When we recognize Christ's deep compassion and care for all creation, including us, how will we respond? Join us this Sunday back in person (!) as we explore what truly allows us to abide in God's presence.

  • Modern Worship Sermon Overview
Have you ever had a moment that completely surprised you—in the best way? Maybe it was a kind word, a beautiful sunset, or an unexpected answer to a prayer that made you stop and say, “Wow, that just made my day!” God is always at work in our lives, showing up in ways we never expect. This Sunday, join Pastor Val in our Modern Worship service. Let’s open our eyes, ears, and hearts to the promise of life Jesus offers—because when we do, we’ll find more hope, joy, and purpose than we ever imagined!

  • Traditional Worship Sermon Overview
Following Jesus isn’t a scenic drive on a wide, easy highway. It’s more like a winding, narrow road—challenging, unpredictable, and sometimes uncomfortable. If we’re being honest, we’d probably prefer a smoother route, one with plenty of rest stops and clear signs telling us exactly what to expect. But Jesus never promised an easy road; He just promised that He would walk it with us.

This Sunday, join Pastor Tully as he talks about what it means to stay on that road, even when it feels difficult—because the destination is worth it.

  • This Sunday, as we begin our Lenten journey, we reflect on the powerful story of Jesus in the wilderness—a place of temptation, struggle, and clarity. Just as Jesus wrestled with scripture and his identity, we, too are called to examine our own beliefs and confront the temptations that shape our lives. Lent invites us not only to decide but to act—to face the hard truths and allow God to transform us from the inside out. Let’s take this time to go deeper into our faith, challenge old patterns, and truly live out the gospel.

  • Baseball season is here, and whether you love the game or not, I have an incredible baseball story to share! A young fan once left a World Series game feeling disappointed, only to realize later he had witnessed history! In the same way, when we fail to worship God, we miss out on the bigger picture of His presence and power in our lives. Worship isn’t just about singing songs—it’s about seeing what truly matters and celebrating the amazing reality of God with us. Join us this Sunday as we explore how worship and celebration open our eyes to the wonder of God!

  • In this week's sermon, we’re diving into one of Jesus' most challenging teachings: "If you want to follow me, forget about yourself, take up your cross, and give up your life." It sounds crazy, doesn’t it? But what if it’s the key to living a better, more fulfilling life? We’ll explore how submitting to God’s will isn’t about weakness or being controlled, but about finding true freedom and joy in following God’s guidance. Join us this Sunday to discover how this act of submission can bring peace and transformation into your life!

  • Have you ever felt like life is just too busy to stop and listen to God? Jesus, even with all the crowds and demands, took time to be alone and pray. In this sermon, we’ll explore how the practices of solitude and meditation can bring us clarity, strength, and peace. They aren’t weird or difficult—they’re simple ways to make space for God’s voice. If Jesus needed quiet time with God, maybe we do too!
